Hold a dumbbell with one hand with an overhand grip, palms facing down. You can do this exercise either standing or with your wrist on the edge of a bench. Lower the dumbbell to the floor, as low as possible, and raise the dumbbell as high as possible. Don’t forget to breathe during the exercise.
