Position yourself on a flat bench with you head at the end of the bench. Grab a barbell with hands a little less than a foot apart, with palms facing up. Lift the bar straight up above the head and keep your arms close to your ears. Inhale as you lower the bar behind your head, bending your elbows, until your lower arms are parallel to the ground. Exhale as you lift the bar to starting position. Focus on contracting the tricep to move the bar and keep the arms close to the head.
