Overall I am very happy with this product. I first thought about going with a belt style hydration system but had second thoughts when I thought about it bouncing around on my waist. This is light and after a while you forget it is even on your hand. I like that I can fit 2 GUs in the pocket. Buy this you will like it.

If you're looking for zero drop and want to run on roads these are great. If you're going from a more traditional shoe it may take some time for your calves to get used to running in them. My last shoe was the Saucony Kinvara, which have a minimal heel raise and it only took a couple of runs to get comfortable.

Overall these shoes are everything that past reviews have offered in the prior years. The color isn't for everyone but the feel and comfort makes up for it.

I've been using Asics Nimbus (11 & 12) the past few years and loved them, though I think I liked the 11s better than the 12s. I'd read that they narrowed the tow box on most recent version (13) and when I tried them at the store, they just didn't fit the same. Sometimes they just can't leave well enough alone.

I'd seen the Glycerin 9s suggested as an alternative frequently when I was looking up the Nimbus, so I kept them in the back of mind when I went shopping.

I usually go with a wider (EE) width shoe and saw that the Glycerin 9 came in width sizes. To my surprise, the medium width (D) size fit just right

overall i would highly recommed the powerpilot unit, now it is pricey but if most of your workouts are in doors it is worth it

I decided to take the plunge and get an aero helmet this year. Wanted one with a shorter tail because I seem to spend a fair amount of time with me head looking down and didn't want the tail turning into a "sail" when my head's out of position. Narrowed it down to the Lazer and a Rudy Project Helmet with similar appearance. Chose the Lazer because of price. Found it on line at a place with free shipping. Helmet is light, easy to put on, and comfortable. I've been wearing it on some training rides, and do think I'm getting a noticable boost in speed. All in all, I wish I'd bought this helmet yers ago.
