Awesome trail running shoe if you don't need a lot of cushion, or an awesome off-road racing shoe if you like a substantial racing shoe.

overall a good product and deal for the money. when used with bike mount its perfect on the bike, and the velcro strap for the arm works well too. HR monitor is great and so is the cadence monitor.

I am so happy with these shoes, that if I see them on sale I buy, have 2 new boxed pairs at the moment, 2 pairs that I use to train and 2 that have been retired from training and are used casually. With so many colour options no two pairs are the same.
