Overall I'd say this is a real good option for the GPS/HRM market. If you find a good deal, its a "no brainer"

Great lightweight shoe! Very comfortable as well. Provides enough cushion for long runs without all the added weight of most trainers. I think they will do a great job of keeping my feet cool in the summer due to the airy design of them too.

I have owned a couple of Asics shoes now and feel that they just seem to fit me right.

Overall, I found this to be a very good protein drink, and I would recommend it. The taste was, I thought, surprisingly good. I probably wouldn't mix it up just as a chocolatey treat, but after a workout, it is an excellent protein delivery vehicle. I have been happy using chocolate milk in the past, and I can't say that I have noticed any real difference in results from this product, but I certainly have enjoyed using it so far.

PowerBar Protein Plus is meant as an after workout drink to help aide muscle recovery. I only mixed it with water, never with milk. Overall, this product performed as it says. I feel it definitely helped with muscle recovery after runs and also after a long session of shoveling snow and ice. I would recommend this to anyone who asks about a protein drink for after workouts!!

I really liked this shoe in the beigining. But it didn't fit me right and I started to tell after the first race or so. It was not wide enough (I usually wear men's shoes to begin with) so I got blisters. I even tried wearing them again the next season, but they didn't feel right. I had gone from stability shoes to lighter weight/less supportive shoes.

The bike is a great value. Bikesdirect.com is somewhat of a controversial company, and for good reason. Lots of people pay a lot of money for the same thing as you can buy on BD.com and folks like me that get a sweet bike for a good price annoy them somehow. It's a bourgeoisie thing. I'm a poor college kid, and I got a fine machine for a fair price, and my next bike will probably be a motobecane. I spent a lot of time researching my purchase before I bought it(like 2 months) and you can see what I chose.

I actually have 2 pairs now. I use the KSO's during short runs (3-5 miles) for speed and tempo drills. I've run a few 10 k's with them but would develop blisters. For my longer runs, I go with my Newtons. If you're a forefoot runner or want to become one, give the Vibrams a shot. But make sure you break into them. Happy Running!!!

I had seen these shoes at a previous race and chuckled but the woman wearing them swore by them. A recent diagnosis of hallux limitus had me hunting for a rigid soled shoe to limit big toe movement. While at my LRS, I noticed these and the guy said a lot of runners like these shoes. I picked one up and noticed I could not flex the sole of the shoe. Perfect! Better yet, the sole is cambered to create forward motion so it doesn't stress the achilles as much and is conducive for midfoot strikers.
My 10.5 men's shoes weigh 11.25 oz, a lot less than most trainers out there. They are pillowy soft to run in, almost springy, but yet very supportive for my mild overpronation (I do wear orthotics).
I hope they shave a few ounces in a "racer" edition soon. But at 11 oz., I'll race in these anyday. Most important, I have little to zero pain in my big toe when I run.

I had a gym-type exercise bike from my knee rehab days. Considered a SPin Bike, but this was less expensive by far and gave me proper positioning on my real bike.

Overall a good set of goggles. These do an excellent job of keeping the water and fogging out of a swim workout. I'm not quite used to the large size of the goggles, but I'm getting there.

Worth the money.
Compared to what I could have gotten from other brands for the same price, the Giant is a sensational bike.
She'll do me at least another three seasons.

Anyone looking for a Clydesdale of bikes will love this one. It is great at top speed, 32mpd downhill, very maneuverable, and tough. I originally bought this bike cause I could weld it back together if I needed to. Best decision I ever made, not sure I could live from the wreck that would need welding back. This is the Sherman tank of bikes, so naturally it is heavy, just like me.
