Once again RSS takes something simple and makes it better. These are really a great deal and the aero technology is great. They claim 16% less drag. Every little bit helps!

Overall this is my go to suit and I expect to upgrade in another year or so depending on how this one holds up. Rocket Science Sports is one of those companies that is pushing the technology purely for the sport. I really like their products and dedication to the sport.

I highly recommend the laces. I prefer them over the Yankz.

This is a great watch. I love the analysis software and all the features on the 405. For a Triathlete the sport pecific CX is the one you want as this is not waterproof.

Bottom line is this is my second Ironman series watch that has basicly failed in 2.5 years. I'm to the point that I feel they have become completely unreliable and have taken the Ironman lable for granted. The solar series watches seem to be hit or miss and should be avoided.

The medium package is awesome and didn't require me to get a new ipod or other waterproofed mp3 player.

I needed a swim watch, so I figured I'd splurge for this over a general stop-watch. I have absolutely no regrets and has exceeded my expectations.

I've got 3 swims with it to date and am fairly confident I've figured this thing out. I plan to add detail to this review with my initial impression and then update it again in a month or so.

I will buy another pair sooner rather than later. I want to wear these to work since I'm on my feet all day. I've worn them a couple of times and I don't feel tired wearing these shoes.

I was tired of having to replace my Nike+ sensor every few months so when I saw that Garmin had come out with this foot pod, I wanted it. It's so nice to be able to use it, along with my 310xt, on the treadmill. It gives out more data than the Nike sensor. If you run a lot on the treadmill and you own a Garmin Forerunner, then you should definitely get this foot pod.
