I was tired of having to replace my Nike+ sensor every few months so when I saw that Garmin had come out with this foot pod, I wanted it. It's so nice to be able to use it, along with my 310xt, on the treadmill. It gives out more data than the Nike sensor. If you run a lot on the treadmill and you own a Garmin Forerunner, then you should definitely get this foot pod.

If you were to upgrade anything on this bike I would go with race wheels first - big surprise there. Otherwise the bike is pretty fantastic right out of the box. The aero numbers on the bike are on par with the P2 (some claim the P3). I am very happy with the purchase.

If you need a shoe with stability and is well made and comfortable, I say you can't go wrong with this shoe. Try it on and see how it feels to you.

I bought the frame and built the bike around it. Added Reynolds Ouzo Comp full carbon fork, Campagnolo Centaur derailleurs, Veloce shifters, Ouzo Comp Stem, Cinelli Neo bars, Truvativ Rouleur crank, ISM Adamo Road saddle...currently running a Profile Design Fast Forward seatpost and Oval Concepts clip on aero bars.

I have Maddux wheels on it, which I initially thought was a bad thing (bargain price Taiwanese) but after 4000+ miles they are still totally true and the bearings are smooth...can't argue with that!

This trainer is a great price, made in the USA, lifetime warranty, quiet, works great, easy to set up and use...I can't really ask for anything more.

I also own the Forerunner 405. The touch bezel was a pretty cool idea until you had to use it with wet fingers. I was tired of switching watches so I broke down and decided to get the 310xt. I'm loving it so far. Now, I can use one watch for everything. This is a good tool for the modern triathlete. As of 2/2011---Things were going great until the watch fell out of my gym bag and the display cracked. Beware that this damage IS NOT COVERED under warranty and it will cost $100 for a replacement!!!

If you're a 200+ lbs, I'd look somewhere else. I'm sure this is a good shoe but probably not made for you (or me).

A great goggle for competition or recreational swimming. Low profile style, and fantastic front and periferal visual acuity, with the ability to change lenses to prescription.

This is my single speed steed. It's very straightforward transportation for me to and from work. Not gears to fiddle with...doesn't look too exotic so shouldn't attract thieves.

Well equipped throughout for the price:

Alex Wheelset
Sugino Crank
Carbon Fork
Reynolds Frame
Carbon Seatpost
(added) Charge Spoon Saddle
Conti Ultra Race tires were stock!

So far so good.

I've purchased everything for this product. The foot pod, the speed/cadence sensor, the USB stick for wireless connection and the bike mount. I think it is a quality product from Garmin which strikes the customer base that doesn't want/need the GPS feature.

It has met and exceeded my expectations.

The trainer seems well built. From other reviews I think I received one of the rare lemons this company puts out, but was pleased with the replacement of the unit. IT is working well after about 3 hours of use.
