Comments: Relay races are a lot of fun and definately this race was just icing on the cake for a first season of triathlon. My strength is cycling, and I am happy that I was finally able to put 100% into my strength. My teammates are awesome athletes and we work well together and will hopefully be doing more relay races in the future.

Comments: I really enjoyed the race. It was an amazing course with unbelievable views of the CT waterfront and homes. My family enjoyed it as well. There was plenty of spectator viewing sites.

Comments: This was a great experience for the first real Sprint Triathlon. It was key that I started training early in the summer (June). It was also an excellent idea performing in the Mini Tri in Guilford.

Comments: Some growing pains. Drove to Darien to register the day before the race but ChampionChips were not available so had to get those on race day. Nice group and well intentioned but some glitches like the timing malfunctions so didn't get splits (relied on my watch) for run and bike.
