  • Comments: First one is done! It was a good first race. Actually a lot tougher course than I probably should have had for a starter. It was a good feeling though to complete it.

  • Comments: i like this race. good orgainization, helpful people, great post race food, and the course isn't a walk in the park.

  • Comments: I'd consider doing this race again, but I'll plan on training in 96 degree heat on the biggest hills I can find.

  • Comments: the 9am start was way too late for this weather. I got to finally meet Noz (Adam)and his wife Rachel (also a triathlete) and watch him receive his first place hardware. Congratualtions!

  • Comments: this is a great race in iowa. there are not a ton of participants and the volunteers are great, friendly, and very helpful! the course is very challenging and makes it even better when you cross that finish line. tons of goodies (shirt, towel, water, post-race meal, door prizes) that make this tri well worth the entry fee.
