  • Comments: This is the first time that I have felt good on this course. PR at this distance by 2 min and PR on this course by 17 min. Mental state and confidence made the biggest difference.

  • Comments: Would do this again or do the 1/2. Great venue in Wilmington NC. Plus for me, it's a great way to see family too. Just wish my dad was feeling better so he could have walked the race with us.

  • Comments: I like the bridges, the view is nice, although I kept thinking about the warning in the race info that the grates would turn our knees or face into hamburger if we fell.
