  • Comments: I had a great time vacationing with Julie in the Tahoe area so, of course, the race was special. But there were some easy fixes to the problems i encountered. One more drink table and 2 course marshalls would have made all the difference. And I could have trained a bit better during the days i was in Tahoe, but that was my decision. I'm getting better at this stuff, but I'm still waiting for the one "perfect" race-were all the legs are solid, I'm healthy, and can finally see what I'm capable of.

  • Comments: Great race. Would have liked at least one more aid station on the run - maybe around the first mile. Timing results were messed up. None of my splits were correct, no T times and no bike or run totals.

  • Comments: Fun event, beautiful location. My first olympic distance and will try again next year for sure, maybe even beat this year's time.

  • Comments: The race was well organized, and I never felt rushed or worried that I didn't know where the course was going. Great race briefing and plenty of aid stations, plus free Sierra Nevada at the finish!
