  • Comments: Nice race! Swim was easier than I thought it would be. Think I went to strong on the bike, so I lost a lot of steam during the run. Also, I got really humid and hot in the end.

  • Comments: RD is a Trifury member. Good turn out of the team. Close to home. This race has a difficult swim. Upstream in a river (after a t-storm last night to make things more complicated) is harder than any ocean swim I had done, even with tide coming in.

  • Comments: Good set up. the people were friendly and there were a lot of volunteers helping out. the race went smoothly throughout. A couple more water stations on the run would have been helpful, and afew other racers shared that sentiment with me afterward. the post race activities were non-existent. i dont know what typically happens after most races but there was nothing happening after this one. the food/drinks were helpful but that was about it.
