  • Comments: 1st Tri. Learned about passing in pool, T1 challenges and brick-legs when running. Very good experience.

  • Comments: OK race, no drink stations on bike (which you shouldn't need) and 1 drink on the run at the turn around point. Fun race and would def do it again.
