  • Comments: This was a good sprint race which I would do again. I learned to respect the tri more than I did before. My body was in pain the entire time, which is different than a running race of equal or greater duration. This could probably be improved with an easier swim-I was expecting more time to find my groove but the swim ended too quickly and I was already tired by the start of the bike.

  • Comments: Race was pretty well organized. The turnout they had was probably double the turnout they had a few weeks prior, mostly due to LA Tri Club advertising the race on their email lists.
