  • Comments: Fun race overall. Despite the wind, great for beginners or just to do a race for run. Not as expensive as other local sprint tri's. Very close to my house, less than 10 min commute time. Will do this one again.

  • Comments: Had a blast! It was a great first tri. It was cold and windy, but that made it more of an adventure. Can't wait to be more competetive at the next one!

  • Comments: Being my first tri, I was excited and nervous so I just wanted to have fun after reading all of the comments from the other BT'rs and that is what I did. I can't wait for my next race

  • Comments: Race was slightly longer this year due to construction on the base. Messed up and stopped my garmin instead of hitting lap going in to T1, fixed it coming out on the bike, so took the times from the results. Did see someone pass me on the bike with what looked like a BT on their calf. (edited to correct distances...current distances are from Garmin 310XT)

  • Comments: This was a great race for my 1st triathlon. Very laid back and there was a lot of people cheering everyone on. I spent so much time running and on the bike that I felt the swim was way too short but that was probably a good thing. :) I'll definitely be back next year.
