  • Comments: This was my first outdoor tri in many years so was pretty nervous, but had easy goals of finishing and just having fun. Took the Transitions easy. Loved the race and will do it again next year!

  • Comments: Great race. Great location. Great organization. Will be back, next time with the kids, since there is a nice beach and playground. Extremely happy with my performance at this event. Put together my best three 'paces' of any event thus far, and this was a 'long' sprint ... especially happy I got my run under 8min/miles, and on a four miler too (my best flat 5k has been 7:47min/mile, so this was FANTASTIC!). Emjoyed chatting with Jeremiah Utecht and Mike Shae at the awards ... look forward to hanging with you guys next year ... summers here are too damn short ... can't believe the season is over!!!

  • Comments: A nice small race. The bike route is really rough but of course there isn't much the RD can do about that.
