  • Comments: Normally love this race, but hard to rate too high this year with that injury. Also bummed that first aid wasn't ready to go minutes before the race to really help with my injury before hand.

  • Comments: The race was well run again this year however I felt we had too many out of area sponsors or booths. Would have been nice to see more local area businesses. Also found that the early registration poster and race give aways were less this year than last. I guess it was made up in the post race activities as they added the music and beer tent this year.

  • Comments: Like I said earlier, this was my first race. I wanted to do it in less than 1:30 so I won't complain with 1:22. I will be better prepared for MinneMan in 3 weeks.

  • Comments: WOw, what a super fun, organized race in Winona Minnesota. People are friendly the race director really did his work! Great times. If you live in Minneapolis, you need to come down and do the race. David THompson was here and crushed it! Overall I was very happy. I set the course record by 3 minutes almost on the nose. Beat everyone else by that same margin. Not bad for and old guy.

  • Comments: I'd like the sprint biking segment to be a bit longer but otherwise loved the race. Will be here again next year.
