  • Comments: When I heard there was a chili cook-off and free beer samples after the race, I knew I just *had* to register. So it was. The chili tasting in the gym was very fun, although it got super crowded by the end. There were seven different chilis to try; I was surprised at the variety. The beer was great, too!

  • Comments: good race with chili cook off at the end. a ton of people show up, (1,000+) I think maybe everyone is ready to race!!

  • Comments: I didn't attend the chili cook-off as I wanted to try to swim. Little did I know about the cramping. (I guess that's why tris start with the swim?!) Heard there were over 1,000 participants, up from about 800 last year. This event is really growing!
