Comments: Boca races always start late and the course is always off in some way, most of the time too short but it's a tri in Hawaii so totally awesome.

Comments: I always enjoy this race. I love the run leg in Lanikai. It's probably my favorite run leg of any tri I've done to date. Not sure what happened with the mental game here, but overall, I'm ok with my race. I was more comfortable in the water than last month's race, but I need to work on my endurance. I know, broken record...

Comments: Overall it was a pretty good race. There were a ton of smiling volunteers and everything ran pretty smooth. I wish they had swept the bike path that we had to run on before the bike mount though. I have a nice bruise on the ball of my foot from a rock or something.
