  • Comments: Very well organized race. I would do it again for sure if I can train properly. I would love to smash my time and beat the 12 year old girl that beat me by 2 seconds. She ran a 1:23 half marathon recently so she is for sure faster than me! Video of the race.   • Comments: Gnarly steep hiils, probably walked 4 miles of this. Probably won't do it again, just not my cup of tea. However, it was super beautiful and scenic for sure, especially the hardest section Mile 9-11 streams gurgling, ferns, gulches, very cool experience for sure. I just felt like I was one of the last runners, I am so slow but steady. At the end I passed a lot of people who were just walking. I pretty much hit my time so I'm satisfied w my performance considering the above comments.

  • Comments: This was the best organized race I have been too. They delayed the race due to traffic still trying to get in. This allowed alot of people the chance to race in spite of HPD mistakes.
