  • Comments: Again, D&Q knows how to excute a solid race. They changed the run course this year and I found it better.

  • Comments: I've only done two tri's. Both with the same organizers; so I don't have any comparison. The one think I would say is that pizza and hoagies as post-race food do not appeal to me. The bagels were ok.

  • Comments: Its the hometown race and I had to do it. Its the first race where I took home hardware (a nifty mug)! There really couldn't have been a better finish to my season. I was so proud of myself for going beyond my training goals.
