  • Comments: I have participated in many running events in my life. This by far was the most fun that I have ever had at a sporting event. I loved every second of it. I loved the fact that my husband was there participating and cheering me on. I loved the fact that our friends were there cheering us on. I loved all of it! Look out tri world!! Here I am!! :)

  • Comments: This was my 1-year aniversary of my first Tri ever. I'll probably do it at least 1 more time. It's a great race that all beginners should do at least once. Proof that this sport is growing: Last year I had 11 people in my AG, This year I had 52 to deal with and I still need to come in under an hour if I want a top 10 spot.

  • Comments: For my first triathlon, this was Da Bomb. I absolutely loved it and am looking forward to competeing in many more. Winning the newbie award for my age group was also special. The best part.......Cheering my wife on to her first Tri finish.

  • Comments: Best race I've done so far (out of 1 race I've done.) Finished 37/178 for first-timers. Overall very happy with results. Achieved my goal of under 1:10

  • Comments: This race is well run with a lot to enjoy before, durring and after. The pool start is well run, going every 5 seconds. I was nervous this would be a problem, but everything went very smooth. Excellent volunteers!!!! Then after the race, a wonderful meal of fruit, pasta, cookies and all the drinks you could want. 250 First timers at this race plus a large kids triathlon..... This is truly a wonderful event for all
