  • Comments: This is a fun race - the river swim is interesting, the bike course is mostly flat, and the run course is varied. The 6pm start time is unique. Nice that the sun is low at that point, but probably hotter than, say, an 8am start time. Low key race with minimal accoutrements, but nice community atmosphere.

  • Comments: Evening start makes for an interesting change - cooler, no sunscreen Swim course is hard (finishing against the current) Bike course is good (except rough roads in Smiths Falls) Run course OK

  • Comments: This was my first triathlon ever, so I didn't have much to compare it to. But it was a nice, comfortable race, not too far from home.

  • Comments: This was the 27th running of this annual race. It is the oldest tri in Canada and is always well run.
