  • Comments: I want to do this race next year since I think I could have done better. I would also remember to bring my tri shorts next time. Running the race in my bike shorts wa not as bad as I thought it would be, but I wouldn't recommend it. :)

  • Comments: The race itself was fine for me. The volunteers were good and the cops actually stopped the traffic. Saw the race refs more this time, looking for drafters. Two girls went way off course on the swim. One was dq'd and the other went back and made the bouy she missed, but there did't seem to be enough boats out in the lake. I wish tribluesky would figure out their race software. And why can't they do the thank you's and the raffle while they're tabulating the results?

  • Comments: BlueSky sports puts on the best race series around. I really enjoy doing their races. You know that they are always going to be exactly as advertised.

  • Comments: I watched the Macon Tri and volunteered at the Lake Dow Tri. From my observations this was the best organized race of the 3. First time seeing timing chips used. And most important I finished my first tri! No matter what I observed prior, it doesn't compare with actually participating. Now I know where I need to make adjustments and what to work on for my next tri.

  • Comments: It took a while for the results to be posted and then they weren't divided into categories. I guess since I have been to 3 other of the tri the parks races and they have had results posted almost immediately after I cross the finish line, I was a bit spoiled. This was a pretty big race, over 500 competitors. I still got 1st in the Master's athena (old fat chicks) category.
