• Comments: For me, this was a breakthrough race and one to build on. I really need to improve my transition times, as I could have easily finished 20 spots higher by shaving a minute off my transition times. Also, I need to jump out faster on the swim as I was bottled up at the turn and could have had a faster swim split.

• Comments: Need to have more sights on the swim, 300 yards of stragiht swimming and 1 little buoy half way was difficult.
