  • Comments: i am comparing this event to three other races I attended with my husband. Overall it was not bad, but the registration and finish were somewhat chaotic and unorganized, but it all worked out.

  • Comments: This is the toughest Duathlon I've done and very glad I did it. A very good mental and physical test to start the season.

  • Comments: I am so glad that I went and raced. I think I just need to get out there and race more. It was fun. Turns out this was the Southwest Regional DU championships so I got a cool USAT medal for winning my AG along with a mug and Trisports gift certificate. It was a good day!

  • Comments: Had to give it a 4 even though it was my first multi-sport race. I feel the race officials could have prepared a little better for the wet weather (rain was forecasted all week). All the volunteers had a good attitude considering how long they had to stand out in the weather. I will be back next year, hopefully with better weather.

  • Comments: My first event, I found it well organized and the people involved very helpful from the event staff to all the volunteers. They all made it a very enjoyable experience even in the rain!

  • Comments: It sounds like I'm whining but really, I had a blast. On the 2nd run, I was laughing and smiling. This was a tough day but it was also a unique experience. They put on a great race, noone can help the weather. Beautiful location and i look forward to doing it again :-) I had no idea of the results until later in the day when they posted them online, was surprised to see I was 2nd female amateur and 1st in AG. My time was even faster than a few of the pros ( but I am sure they were going easy because of the conditions!).
