  • Comments: I probably would have liked to see more volunteers. No one was around once I got hurt. I stood for about 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do...and I was right beside T2. Also, I wouldn't start the bike on an uphill. That's just not good.

  • Comments: Virginia Amateur sports really seems to be doing better on their organization. As always, when Set-up Inc. is involved, things go smoothly.

  • Comments: Didn't like the deep water start, because of treading water for 2-3 minutes. Very good race, will do again, and would recommend!
