  • Comments: The local running club puts this on as part of a 6 race series. No frills, but always a good time!

  • Comments: When I woke this morning I was a little down about having to run. I have been staying off my feet to allow a pain in my lower left leg. It helped as Legs felt good and really not much pain to speech of. 4 races in this series down two to go. I like it.
