  • Comments: I set a PB today by 7 minutes and 40 seconds. It was cool and sunny which are perfect conditions for me to run in. I did no speed work, or run specific training. I just used my left over fitness from IM Lake Tahoe.

  • Comments: Well run race. Lots of additional aid stations this year. New route. Great food and drinks after the race.
