  • Comments: Fantastic setting. Great view. I can't underestimate the quality of the competition. With Chicago hosting the Worlds in 2015 the field was stacked. The top 25 in each age group got a spot. And EVERYONE knew it. Very well run. Good expo. Milwaukee shined.

  • Comments: USAT put on a great weekend. Level of competition was way beyond what I have ever seen at a race. Strongly considering going back to Milwaukee for a 3rd year. Feel like I have a good race in me on that course.

  • Comments: Again, not a huge venue to be Nationals. Also, WHY do organizers insist on barbecue as post race fare? Keep it simple please... Fruit, Cokes, Beer, Sandwiches... things that don't make me ill just looking at it. This is a great race, and I actually liked the entirety of the sprint more than the olympic, although both were great. If you get to go...go!

  • Comments: Despite my poor performance this race was awesome to participate in. There were so many high caliber racers and they hosted a super-sprint for the pro/semi-pro athletes the day prior which was really exciting to watch. It was really a well organized race with lots of great swag as well.

  • Comments: With my 16th place AG finish I earned a spot with Team USA for the World Championships in Edmonton in 2014...so that's exciting. I know there are minutes to shave from my performance in the race. Will go back next year and likely race just the Sprint to see if I can qualify for the 2015 WC in Chicago. It will be a strong field as lots of athletes will want the Chicago spots. Still plenty of work to do but overall a successful weekend.

  • Comments: I would encourage anyone who qualifies for Nationals to go - the weekend in Milwaukee was just fabulous! I met Chrissie Wellington as soon as we got to the expo and then we got to sit with her at dinner that night. She is just the sweetest, most down to earth person you could ask for - love her! It was AMAZING how we were treated - I felt like an elite athlete the entire weekend and I cannot rave about this race enough. It was definitely one of the best trips of my life!!!!

  • Comments: The race was REALLY well run and I'll definitely be back next year for some redemption. And there will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever again be a bottle of wine the night before a race. :)

  • Comments: Fun! I've never done such a big race. Live coverage, Chrissie Wellington, Blimp over the grounds, really amazingly fast and fit athletes.
