  • Organised?Yes
  • Events on time?No

  • Lots of volunteers to help?No
  • Plenty of drink stations?Yes

  • Post race activities? Good
  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: It took the guys on the motorcycle 30 minutes before they came and asked if I was injured. They drove by me twice before they stopped even though I was trying to wave them down (I knew I didn't have a tube and didn't really want to stop another racer for one). Good thing I wasn't hurt. The volunteer who did come with a van eventually was incredibly nice.

  • Comments: A bit unorganized, some confusion about swim waves and things ran a little behind. Parking was a bit far away it seems. I don't really know, it was my first one.

  • Comments: This was a great race for me. Yoshi and Will were there. Got to hang with many BTers. The run course is much improved from last year. Felt it was well organized. I can't believe my buddy from swimming did a Oly. I so wanted to race him again this year. I beat Chad by 24 seconds I hope he doesn't mind. We both moved up in the overall ranking and AG's. Having support and friendship of the Bt crowd is wonderful. Thanks to all the volunteer.

  • Comments: Thought things at the beginning were confusing. "What do you mean I can't park my bike until I get marked? Where do I get marked? Who can answer my I'm not a male! question?" But, it was also my very first time at this race and only my 2nd tri ever, so probably just my ignorance of things didn't help.
