  • Comments: GREAT race. Lots of encouraging volunteers. GREAT bands on course. GREAT support and encouragement by other athletes. A perfect race for my first half-mary.

  • Comments: RnR is a high profile race and they always do things big. My perspective as someone running up front is likely different from someone back in the masses. Although I would have liked more aid stations along the course, there was always plenty available when I hit one as well as in the finishing area. I'd imagine that once 10,000 people have already gone through there might be a little less organization and I know they have run low of things in the past. Still though, I think they do a good job with a very big event.

  • Comments: The only 2 things about this race that I can complain about is 1.the shuttle that picks up at the KOA doesn't pick up until after the UPS trucks have left the race start so we had to drive to the start and 2. the food was crappy after the race. They handed you a bag with a plain bagel, a soyjoy, and an orange in it. Maybe I have been spoiled by the post race food at The Country Music 1/2, ING in Atl, and even Kiawah, but I was disappointed.

  • Comments: Overall - top notch. My only complaint is that some people where spraying hoses on to the runners and I got sprayed several times. I HATE that as I don't like running with a wet shirt. If I want to get soaked, I'll dump water on me or ASK to be sprayed if someone has a hose. I didn't like that I was sprayed when I didn't want or need it. Just annoyed me.

  • Comments: Aid stations were exactly as described. First time i've seen this completely right. Things that went right: Aid station planning slow and steady pacing pacers things that could be better: not enuf johns at start too packet together at finish lack of shuttle finish information

  • Comments: Great race! Elite events did an awesome job, I would definitely do this race again or any of there other events!
