• Comments: Only one water station on the run, it just makes the run a little hotter and tougher. Really like an aid station every mile or so. Did not like that they split the Age Groups up. I only had one person pass me from my wave and ended up in 5th place. Would have been a good race seeing a few more people in my age group in front of me.

• Comments: Now a little rant.. I hate, hate when the age-group is split into more than one swim wave ! My group was split into 35-37 and 38-39. When I finished I had no idea how I did because of this. Three guys in the 38-39 wave placed ahead of me, 2 of them I was pretty close to. If we had entered the water together it would have been a really competitive, fun race. Anyways, Lance and Tony do a great job with the New England Tri Tour races. Although I’m planning to go long (Beach 2 Battleship Full-Iron) next year, I’ll carve out a spot for some of these local races.

• Comments: I could have used another aid station on the run. I didn't drink any water, but I could have used some water to splash over my face to cool off.
