  • Comments: Transition to/from the bike was nightmarish. Uphill to start/downhill to finish, with a little dogleg between the transition area and the mount/dismount. The mount/dismount line is on a moderate grade/hill. I could not leave the bike shoes on the bike because of the uphill to start and the rough pavement on the finish. Excellent support and volunteers, really good people, weird layout, but fine course. I adapted and did well.

  • Comments: When I finished, there was bottled water available but when Steph finished, they had run out. I thought this was bad. Otherwise, events were good. Post-race socializing didn't seem as intimate as the Lazy E Du but it was still good.
