• Description: Athletes will embark on a 1.2-mile, point-to-point ocean swim that takes place in the sheltered waters off the shores of the Capricorn Resort Yeppoon. The bike course is a five-loop, 56-mile "L"-shaped ride that stretches from the Capricorn Resort Yeppoon to the turnaround at Caravan Park. The 13.1-mile run is a flat, three-loop course that incorporates both hard-and-soft surface running.
