2 weeks till the Noosa tri, how's everyone's training going??
I'm doing a charity entry again this year, Cerebral Palsy League. I've seen a sneak preview of their trisuit - bright orange with rainbow side panels!

good luck with it. I'll try to spot you on the course

My training has been going ok, but now suffering ITB issues. Have not run for 2 weeks to let it recover. I'm going to try an easy run tomorrow

This is my first Noosa. Am I wasting my time carting my wetsuit up there?

I couldn't run for 6 weeks before last year's Noosa tri so I did steep uphill treadmill walking instead. I was fine on the day. If you let it calm down then you only need to get through the tri. I think it's highly unlikely to be a wetsuit swim but you might as well bring it in case. Weather is meant to be 31 celcius and windy! Good luck!

Good luck to everyone racing at Noosa this weekend. I reckon you'll all have an absolute ball! I'm hoping to make next year .

My first triathlon was at age 56. At first I was just the cameraman at my daughter's first triathlon, then I am doing the races that she has done.
