The Viking Project
In what seems like it’s out of some sci-fi movie, professional triathlete Bjorn Andersson has signed up as the exclusive athlete for a training program called “The Viking Project (TVP).” The project’s goal: to help the 26-year-old Swede place first in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
 

The Viking Program blends all of Bjorn’s coaching, testing, sponsorship, and management into one synergistic program. The Viking Program will work with only one athlete (Andersson) in 2006. The Viking Program will accept two more athletes for 2007.


The Viking Project combines the knowledge and experience of the staff of BodyZen and Functionality Innovative Training LLC (FIT). [.....]
