I'm a bit confused about some of the advice I'm reading here.  Having the arm enter the water just above the head and shooting forward underwater, and having the head looking down/back/behind during breath rotation, is exactly what's taught nowadays in the immersion systems I've been reading (and watching videos).  Perhaps it's my interpretation of the advice here, or of the videos/reading materials.

Can someone explain the discrepancy?  I'm still in learning mode and would like to ensure I'm not developing a stroke that will have me going in circles!
