Subject: Heart-Rate Data HEART-RATE DATA* This is for Heart Rate Zone logging. Instead of this you can also enter Min, Avg and Max HR for each discipline in the regular logging screen. - Should be intuitive.
- Must first go to 'Edit your training settings' to create your HR zones.
- You fill in the number/letter designation for each zone, your heart-rate range or pace range and any comments as to HOW you tested for this and the formulas you used.
- CLICK 'CREATE' at the bottom
- This Zone will be used for your current logging until you create a new one.
- ONCE CREATED, click on 'Add Enhanced HR Zones' in the logging screen under the 3 sports.
- Plug in your numbers, save the log and the HR Data will be reflected in your BLOG screen for referance as a hyperlink.
We plan to add a printable report on time spent in your created Heart-Rate zones. |
