UPPED PACE AFTER 6K MARKER AND 2ND 5K TIME OF 27.12.UPPED PACE AGAIN AT 9K MARKER, FELT CALF MUSCLE TIGHTNESS A LITTLE SO EASED OFF A TAD WELL CHUFFED TO BE UNDER 1 HOUR AS THIS WAS PLAN. 7 MINS OFF THIS IS BETTER STILL. AIM FOR UNDER 50 MINS NEXT TIME What would you do differently?: SLEEP BETTER. MAYBE GO TO RACE FROM HOME RATHER THAN SLEEP IN HOTEL. Post race
