Subject: Health, Work, and Family Research
A research team from the University of South Florida is conducting a study
designed to examine the relationship between health, work and family
balance experiences, and lifestyle. You are invited to participate in this
important project by completing a questionnaire that should take no more
than 15 minutes of your time. We need both men and women, working and
stay-at-home parents, within different family structures to participate in
the study.

If you would like to participate in this study please go to:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=70548529532

We also invite you to forward this survey link to others who you believe
would be interested in completing the survey.

Please be assured that your responses are anonymous. Participation is
completely voluntary and no one will know if you choose to complete the
questionnaire or not. The results of this study will be used to help
inform public policy and the development of interventions designed to ease
the burden of working families.

If you have any questions about this study, feel free to contact the
Project Director, Dr. Tammy Allen ([email protected] or
813.974.0484). Thank you for considering this request.
