Please Compare these frames

Hi All,

I currently have a Motobecane Nemesis and I am thinking of getting a Leader 735tt (http://www.leaderbikestore.com/pd-ld-735tt-2009.cfm) and transferring all the stuff from the motobecane to that.

So, if you know anything about the two frames, please give me your opinion as to the comparison between the two.

FYI: I will be checking the fit on the leader soon. (I know many of you will tell me that is most important.)
