I was a little intimidated during the swim because of so many swimmers around kicking and stuff. Had to stop a couple of time to see where I was going or what just hit me :P
What would you do differently?:

Get tinted goggles

I should have had some sunscreen there, plus I had my running short which I forgot to leave at the other area...whatever. My deraillers were totally out of wack! Skipping, and rubbing...

I think I did good because I didn't have to remove any bloody wetsuit.
What would you do differently?:

Get a roof rack so that deraillers are not all hooped.

Was really careful not to push on the bike. I always wanted to go faster, but I new finishing the actual race uninjured was more important to me at this point.
What would you do differently?:

Fix my flipping ITband. Fix my derailler (it was skipping bad, and brushing too). Bring a tire pump to make sure everything is top shape!

same as bike, not pushing. taking walking brakes, trying to consentrate on making sure my itb doesn't hurt...
What would you do differently?:

make sure my orthotics fit into my shoes. Get shoes that are not too new...but not too old (like what I have at the moment) Fix my ITband
