USAT Delta Airline Discounts

I am travelling to a race in late August. I was checking the luggage charges forflying with a bike and almost fell to the floor. A friend of mine told me that all USAT members fly their bikes for $150 round trip. Does anyone know anything about this comment? I'm hoping it's true but i cant find any info about it. HELP!!!
