mavic ksyrium's and tightening the hubs

do i need special cone wrenches to tighten the hubs on mavic ksyrium equipe's?  do normal cone wrenches work?  my hubs keep getting loose (i think bumpy roads account for it mostly), and it is annoying to have to go down to the LBS every couple weeks!
