Subject: I got the CRUD!!!BLECK...my workouts are going so well...and I'm really excited, but tonight I feel the nasty head cold coming on strong. I felt it a teeny bit before my bike ride (I had been sneezing quite a bit, but I thought it was allergies). I feel like crap right now...am forcefeeding myself since I worked out. I'm drinking a cup of thera flu and see how I feel tomorrow morning. I'm supposed to run in the morning, but I suppose if I don't feel good then I won't. So since I'm ill...how do I pick up on my training plan when I recover? Do I pick up where I left off? Ugh...I can't believe this! |
