The Nation's Tri

Hello Fellow BTers, I am flying in from Chicago in 2 weeks to do the Nation's Tri in DC. Wondering if anyone can comment on how smooth the pavement is during the bike and also some idea of how the swim is in the Patomic. I am shooting for a PR and wanted to know a little about the course.
