Subject: Help! Sick and race in 2 days!I have been sick with vertigo/vomiting X 5 days. I'm eating again now, but still having some vertigo. I have a pool sprint planned for saturday morning. Assuming the vertigo is better, I need to figure out the best way to build up my nutrition again. Should I focus on electrolytes? Protein? Carbs? How different from my normal race day nutrition should I be this saturday? Extra hydration? Would water or gatorade, or luna, or something else be best in my water bottle during the race? help me! |
