Subject: Need help with a nutrition plan.Hey guys, I am 5'9'' 245 and am looking to drop about 55-60 Lb's between now and next August roughly 2Lbs a week. I am looking for a little advice on howm many grams of fat protine and carbs I should be getting as well as total calories. Right now I am on Michael Pates sprint program and the activity is relativly light, and I know I will need to up my calories as activity increases but am looking for some numbers to start with so I can get a more solid nutrition plan.
