Subject: Help with going Paleo

I'm not going full Paleo (there's no way I'm giving up milk and yogurt or cottage cheese!) but I do like certain aspects of it. Lately I've tried cutting back on the whole grains and upping the fruit and veg more.

It's certainly reduced my erm... "output" (and I'm not talking wattage here), but I seem to have trouble eating enough to stay full.

Fruit and vege have so much water in them that they have less overall energy (carbs) for the same quantity/weight as other foods. I'm eating plenty of protein so it's not a lack of that that makes me hungry.

Anyone else had this problem and worked out how to deal with it?
